Mark Crooks brings you Backache: the app that suggests you inserting micro breaks into your exercise routine. These micro breaks may keep you muscles and joints more active and offer a faster recovery. Developers believe using these micro breaks will make a large difference in how fast your back can recover from injury.

 

Overview

Backache offers 31 exercises to perform, shown by a trained physiotherapist. You can set your own schedule with daily reminders from the app. You can perform the exercises anywhere you choose.

The 31 exercises chosen by the trained physiotherapist are included in Backache to promote mobility, rather than a sedentary lifestyle. Today, professionals believe that gentle exercise and breaks in long periods of sitting can combat injury. They also believe these practices may help you recover faster.

Set Your Schedule

Since you may not have time for a gym or even a morning workout at home every day of the week, Backache offers flexibility. You can set your own schedule with the app so not to interfere with other important parts of your daily life. The app will still send you daily reminders to take the micro breaks that can benefit your back health and/or recovery.

Exercise Anywhere

You don’t have to commit to a gym or to a certain place on specific days of the week. With Backache you can perform the 31 exercises wherever you’re permitted. As always, you’ll still get your daily reminders for when to take those important micro breaks.
