Regen Health Technology brings you My Injury Exercises. This app was designed to be used in collaboration with your trained health professional for injury recovery and rehabilitation. You can increase your strength and flexibility following the simple exercises in My Injury Exercises.

The app offers a retina display and a ‘My Program’ component that teaches you specific exercises and taping techniques for increased mobility. There are written steps, detailing the exercises, and which muscles are specifically involved. Take advantage of the ‘Tips’ feature to be sure your performing the exercises or taping techniques correctly.

My Program

My Injury Exercises offers the main feature, entitled ‘My Program’. Under this feature you can learn strengthening and flexibility exercises to help with recuperate from your injuries. As many injuries require taping, ‘My Program’ also offers the right taping techniques so you can wrap your injuries yourself.

Specific Steps and Muscles

The app goes through detailed steps to ensure you are informed. The exercise steps include information on reps, sets, and the purpose of the exercise. It also explains the specific muscles used in each exercise so you know where and why you’re feeling tension.

Tips

The ‘Tips’ feature helps you by ensuring your performing the strengthening and flexibility exercises correctly. Correct form equals a quicker recovery, and the experts know this. You also get tips on the taping techniques to make sure you’re not taping too loose or too tight and putting yourself at risk.
